We are pleased to announce our 2019/20 Club Coach Mike McClarty and assistant Rick Leonard and welcome them both warmly. Mike has a strong playing and coaching background in both Australia and the USA, with extensive MLB scouting experience and returns to the Rangers after a number of years off. Rick is a very talented player who has been building his coaching repertoire and returns to the Rangers to work alongside Mike and help take the club to the next level. They were formally introduced to members at a ‘Meet the Coach’ event where Mike explained his vision and expectations for the upcoming season. We look forward to working with Mike and Rick to streamline our player development programs from seniors through to t-ball and launch our club forward into the future.

We are very proud to be partnered with Gawler & District College B-12 to deliver a specialist baseball program to students, where they can choose to study baseball as a subject and not only improve their baseball skills but also achieve accreditation in coaching, scoring and umpiring.
